The Governor's Steering Committee on Climate Change

GSC MEMBERS
The Governor's Steering Committee (GSC) leads Connecticut's climate change initiative and includes the following members:

• Chair Timothy Bowles, Connecticut Clean Energy Fund
• Commissioner Brenda L. Sisco, Department of Administrative Services
• Commissioner Anne George, Department of Public Utility Control

• Under Secretary John Mengacci, Office of Policy and Management
